Ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliProspect, qualify, and win new business across priority industries and applications. /liliBuild and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets. /liliUse market insights to identify target accounts, end users, and emerging trends. /liliDevelop strong, long‑term relationships with distributors, end users, and key stakeholders. /liliAct as a consultative partner: understand customer risks and recommend the right Tyvek® garment solutions. /liliBuild expertise in chemical protective garments—features, benefits, and relevant compliance requirements. /liliDeliver product demonstrations and end‑user training to drive adoption and preference. /liliStay current on PPE regulations, competitive activity, and technology developments to sharpen your go‑to‑market approach. /liliMaintain an accurate pipeline and account plans in CRM, documenting activities and next steps. /liliProvide regular updates on performance, forecasts, and market feedback. /liliTrack competitors and adjust messaging and plans to win in the territory. /liliPartner closely with distributor sales teams on key accounts and end‑user engagement. /liliCoordinate with distributors to identify, progress, and close new end‑user opportunities. /li /ulh3What you’ll bring /h3ulliBachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering). /lili4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience—ideally in industrial PPE, chemical safety, safety equipment, or the pharmaceutical industry. /liliFluent English with strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills. /liliComfortable with travel across the assigned region (approximately 60% of the time). /liliValid driver’s license. /liliProven experience selling to industrial customers and/or through distribution partners. /liliStrong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision makers. /liliSelf‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team. /liliComfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage accounts, pipeline, and reporting. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pDuPont offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package.
