High Jewelry Product Marketing Manager
Bulgari, within its Jewelry Business Unit based in Rome, is searching for a High Jewelry Product Marketing Manager.
Mission
Support the Group Product Marketing Manager in the definition of Product Portfolio and Product Lifecycle strategy for the assigned category, according to Brand Image, Positioning and Market evidence/commercial objectives. He/she will be key player in delivering the Company vision and reach business objectives in terms of revenues, margins, and market share.

Main Accountabilities
Evaluate performance through market, competitors and sales analyses to identify business opportunities for the category (i.e. new market segments, new products/line extensions, etc.).
Support the top management in the design and implementation of the Product Marketing strategy for the High Jewelry category, by defining consumer target, product concept, price positioning, distribution channels, expected revenues, target margin, with specific focus on 3YP and budget presentations
Develop the Product Marketing Brief according to strategy and act as a key player in the execution of the Product Development Process with relevant stakeholders
Develop the portfolio strategy, defining product phase-in and phase-out, based on sales trend analyses, commercial opportunities, and cannibalization risk, and propose marketing and product plan corrective actions, if needed
Support the manager in all Pricing activities in partnership with the Pricing Unit
Cooperate with High End Sales department to define Product Assortments for targeted distribution channels & occasions
Cooperate with Global Marketing & Communication department to organize Corporate and local events and follow up the relevant activities
Work closely with Product Development and Quality departments to ensure full deployment of quality specifications for all new product releases
Ensure product information quality, maintenance and coherence on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository (descriptions, photos, digital materials, etc.)
Profilo
Technical xivgfpx Skills
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar field
3-4 years' experience in similar roles
Product Marketing and Merchandising techniques
Awareness of the main phases and critical points of the Product Development process
Analysis and reporting methodologies
Project management techniques
Understanding of the luxury brands, fashion industry and current trends
Fluency in Italian and English
IT applications (SAP/ERP, BW, MS Office, Power BI and AI technologies as a plus)
