Guestnet stands for product excellence, speed, and real business impact.To accelerate our growth in Central Europe, we are looking for a Sales Manager Germany or Austria to own and scale our DACH market. Help us actively shape our success story.Your RoleAs Sales Manager DACH, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the German/Austrian hospitality market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy across Germany/Austria.This is a hands‐on role with high autonomy and direct impact.AufgabenKey Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for the German + Austrian hospitality market (prospecting → demo → closing)Using Sales Methodology like MEDDIC or BANT methodBuild and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groupsConduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needsDevelop long‐term relationships with decision‐makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing)Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnershipsProvide structured feedback from the market to Product & LeadershipRepresent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetingsIdentification and research of target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)Execution of multi‐channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)Qualification of inbound leads and scheduling of discovery calls and product demosMaintenance and continuous improvement of CRM data quality (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive)Collaboration with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooksStructured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactionsActive contribution to a high‐performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture

QualifikationWhat You Bring

3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or scale‐upComfortable working in a fast‐moving, scale‐up environmentProven experience selling to individual hotels as well as enterprise hotel chains, particularly in the DACH marketStrong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build and shape, not just executeConfident navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing requirementsProven track record in closing mid‐market or enterprise customers"Can do" Attitude and team workDeep understanding of consultative sales and solution sellingSelf‐driven, hands‐on mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong KPI‐and‐target‐driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvementFluent German and English (written and spoken), Italian would be a plusYour are based out of Germany or Austria for the hands on travel requirements
