We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Lead Generation: Gathering and screening sales leads from various sources
* Product Demonstration: Providing potential customers with information about residential solar/energy storage products and demonstrating products portfolio
* Needs Analysis: Gathering information to accurately identify the customer's solar/energy storage needs and suggesting packaged solution within selected product portfolio
* Design Preparation: Preparing or reviewing designs for the customer's installation and grid connection application
* Closing Deals: Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping details, tax credit/incentive information, loan/financing information, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to travel and work irregular hours
