PpA leading European manufacturer and distributor of specialty papers for labels and flexible packaging. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Italian branch of our customer and drive commercial development in the specialty papers sector. Reporting to the Branch Manager and supported by the Business Manager at headquarters, you will play a key role in managing our customer portfolio and expanding into new business lines. Your main mission will be to manage and grow existing key accounts while actively developing new customers, with a strong focus on functional papers for food applications. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and expand an existing customer portfolio. /li liIdentify, approach, and develop new clients in the labels, flexible packaging, lamination, and extrusion sectors. /li liPromote and sell a wide range of specialty papers, including: ul liSingle-sided coated papers for labels /li liMetallized papers /li liFlexible packaging papers (for lamination and extrusion) /li liGlazed Kraft and other glazed papers /li /ul /li liSupport product launches, particularly functional papers in food applications. /li liBuild long-term, trust-based business relationships. /li liRepresent the company at client visits, trade fairs, and industry events. /li /ul h3Profile Experience /h3 pMinimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in specialty papers (labels, flexible packaging, extrusion, or lamination). Background in printing or converting is highly desirable. Strong initiative, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. /p h3Education Requirements /h3 pHigh school diploma required; university degree preferred.
