Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers to ensure growth. Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team. Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program). Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets. Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products. Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report regularly on sales progress. Analyze existing customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. Focus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting to meet budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in a business development or sales role, especially in demanding environments. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, and ability to present solutions to clients. Ability to work independently, understand customer needs, and craft professional proposals. Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking channels, and potential customers. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous but not essential. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills, motivation, and team orientation. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated with good project management and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Clean driving license required. Location: This is a field-based role. Ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy. J-18808-Ljbffr
