As part of the Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Linear Technologies, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), you will join our Sales Team. You will participate in a blended training program designed to enhance your technical knowledge and cross-functional skills, including sales, communication, teamwork, and business processes. Through local training and experiences in our international plants and headquarters, you will gain exposure to the full commercial cycle and develop a solid foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions. Your role will include: Helping shape the future by developing new markets, identifying and approaching untapped customers, and supporting the expansion of our sales network to improve competitiveness and grow the business in the LT segment. Gaining experience through cooperation by working alongside the local sales team and collaborating with international colleagues and headquarters, sharing insights and best practices. Using creativity and development scope to understand market dynamics and customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and participating in industry events and trade fairs to represent the company and explore new business opportunities. What distinguishes you? Education & Language Skills: University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields. English proficiency at minimum B1 level, capable of interacting in written and spoken form with international teams and headquarters. Organizational Skills: Motivated to achieve measurable results and focused on customer satisfaction. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
