Ph3Junior Field Sales Representative - Catania /h3 h3Job Description /h3 pBarilla is currently looking for a Junior Field Sales Representative to join the commercial team in Catania. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Junior Field Sales Representative will be working with our trade sales teams to grow our retail store sales. She/he is responsible to manage and influence the customer relationship at store level, delivering the best results for Barilla in line with the sales strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLand the field sales strategy in store, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, in terms of volumes and net sales for the assigned sales points, in their area of responsibility. /li liGuarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches, according to defined plans and Barilla In-Store blueprint. /li liEnsure the in-store presence of Barilla product portfolio, identifying and/or improving the right shelf allocation. /li liStrengthen existing relationships with customers whilst understanding shoppers’ and customers’ needs, presenting new products, proactively providing insights to the Sales leadership team and innovating and improving our sales processes in order to achieve mutual sales goals. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree qualified in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business, and similar. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liTech-savvy with business mindset, passion and curiosity for trends market evolution. /li liProactivity and determination, with the ability to work independently to reach targets. /li liB Driving Licence (minimum 36 months). /li liA previous experience in Trade and Sales will be considered a plus. /li liPassion for analytics and strong numerical skills. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 ul liThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than €32,000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare) /li liThe compensation package includes a performance-based incentive plan with an annual target amount of €6,000, paid quarterly upon achievement of the applicable objectives. /li liThe benefits package includes a company car for both business and personal use. /li liThe positions compensation package also includes further variable components, as well as a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
