Your Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving agreed productivity, performance targets, budgets and timescales.
- Develop account business plans and implement related activities such as customer events, marketing campaigns, and necessary customer meetings to achieve objectives.
- Have deep knowledge of the products, product strategy, market positioning, key messages, market access, tender strategy, company developments, customers, and competitors.
- Achieve contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various digital communication channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and best‑in‑class relationships in accordance with company procedures.
- Contribute positively to the sales and marketing team through cooperation and collaboration to achieve team and company objectives.
- Provide input into effective use of territorial budget and sales forecasting.
- Follow all adverse event guidelines and code of conduct as promoted by Sandoz, demonstrating behaviour in accordance with the code of practice.
Qualifications / Essential Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Scientific degree.
- Established network to target the desired customer group and key opinion leaders.
- Experience with the hospital sector, biosimilar drugs, and tender systems (preferred).
Compensation Structure & Criteria
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Employees can expect a starting salary around the market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
