If you're ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.OverviewThe focus of this role is on our white‐label offering, partnering with B2B partners to ensure they have the data and services to leverage Agoda's technological products on their platform and provide a better experience for our shared customers. Agoda's Senior Product Managers are responsible for defining the overall strategy and goals for Agoda's various products, including the website, mobile applications, mobile website, email marketing, and advanced internal products and tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. They create and maintain a product roadmap, and communicate with all stakeholders to keep our products performing at the highest level and serving the needs of many customer groups.Responsibilities
Working on white‐label products from ideation until launchWorking closely with white‐label partners to leverage Agoda's technological product on their platformMonitoring and analyzing market conditions, conducting competitor and technological landscape analysis, and prioritizing market segment opportunitiesSetting the strategic direction of how to best align the short‐term and the long‐term strategy based on customer needs and business goalsConverting strategic goals into operational tasksManaging an agile team for launch to create and maintain a consistent, branded look and feel across all productsDefining KPIs for all projects and evaluating the success of a projectDefining navigational flow and user experience on the site, apps, etc.Evaluating risks and tradeoffs associated with each course of actionWorking closely with users to ensure all projects meet business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)3+ years of experience in product managementStrong communication and presentation skills (English and Japanese)Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision‐makingExperience working in a fast‐paced and high‐growth environmentExperience in B2B2C, B2B or B2C productsExperience and passion for web design, functionality, and testingEnthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements while encouraging creative thinking and innovationAbility to motivate and inspire development teams to achieve beyond what they imagined possibleAbility to work well with and influence stakeholders at all levelsEntrepreneurial and analytical; effective at managing change in a fast‐moving and constantly evolving businessExperience with the latest internet trends and technologiesMBA or advanced Math, Computer Science, or Statistics degree preferred
