Is this role for you?Based on your experience, the position offers a salary range between € 30.000 and € 36.000 plus uncapped commissions .
ResponsibilitiesDevelop the relationship and grow the contract : manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy;Act as the main liaison between clients and Odoo's internal Business Analysts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and their translation into effective solutions.Increase customers' adoption of Odoo by supporting existing clients, showcasing new apps, features, and updates, and proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with their ongoing needs and processes.Negotiate contract renewals : from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.
Requirements1 - 2 years of experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant;Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1);Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills;Project Management ability : manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables;Stakeholders management: nurturing relationships with our clients.
