Could it be you? /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDrive commercial policies and sales actions to grow assigned international markets, including identifying, onboarding, and managing distributors in the assigned regions. /li liSpot and prioritize key commercial opportunities while planning and coordinating regional promotion plans. /li liSupport the internal One-to-One partner development project by identifying strategic retail and distribution partners, nurturing relationships, and leading strategic market expansion efforts. /li liDeliver sales targets through effective portfolio and partner ecosystem management. /li liBuild annual sales budgets and forecasts for assigned markets, ensuring accuracy and strong execution. /li liExecute activities to develop assigned regions, including trade campaigns, retailer initiatives, and seasonal sales activations, to hit annual revenue goals. /li liLead recurring product and sales presentations for regional sales teams, including brand training and technical product enablement. /li liWork closely with the marketing team to identify, coordinate, and participate in key B2B and B2C events. /li liPrepare regular sales performance reports and business reviews. /li liConduct competitive and market trend analyses to support decision-making and commercial strategy. /li /ul h3YOUR SKILLS /h3 ul liFluent English (Italian and a third language speaking is a plus) /li liFamiliarity with standard sales and marketing tools /li liInterpersonal and intercultural communication /li liAbility to work in a proactive way, with superior attention to detail and organization /li liHigh motivation and availability to travel (50%time) /li /ul h3OUR REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field. /li liBased in Europe. /li liMin. 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably from Outdoor/Sport Industries. /li /ul pAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other factors prohibited by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
