The business is well recognised for its innovative approach and trusted portfolio within the FMCG and food manufacturing sectors. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Italy and drive growth within the dairy category.
The Role
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position — ideal for a commercial leader ready to challenge the status quo, accelerate category performance, and establish themselves as a future leader within the organisation. You will take ownership of B2C sales strategy, deliver ambitious growth plans, and work cross-functionally to maximise brand presence and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver sales growth within the dairy category across Italy.
* Drive B2C commercial strategies to increase market share and category penetration.
* Partner with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to align execution with business objectives.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities for channel expansion.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and adapt plans to ensure results.
* Act as a category ambassador, challenging existing approaches and driving innovation.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of proven success in FMCG or food sales.
* Solid B2C commercial expertise, ideally within the dairy sector.
* Degree in Economics (mandatory).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Proactive, energetic, and adaptable leader with the hunger to grow within an international organisation.
