Your Role We’re seeking a person to deliver customer and internal technical support within a dedicated application/industry.
Gathers market trends, competitors and customer needs and delivers recommendations for customers.
Create new opportunities with existing customers and prospects that need highly technical support and start and follow up sample/approval process.
Identify and prioritize those opportunities by industry and qualify based on fit to strategy, volume, profitability potentials and success probability.
