To learn more about our dynamic, stable and growing company, visit /ppPosition Summary: /ppParticipate in accounting department functions and provide support and assistance in the preparation of both internal and external financial statements and other financial information for internal stakeholders. /ppEssential Responsibilities: /pp Financial Reporting /pulliAssist in the preparation of all monthly financial reports (income and departmental statements) for management review. /li /ulpGeneral Ledger /pulliPrepare and enter journal entries. /liliAnalyze and reconcile general ledger account balances. /liliPrepare expense account analysis as needed. /liliSupporting foreign entities, together with local consultants /li /ulpStatutory and Fiscal /pulliEnsure compliance with statutory and fiscal requirements in conjunction with external accounting firms. /liliAssist in the preparation of VAT registers for European entities /liliAssist in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements European-based entities /li /ulpSarbanes Oxley Compliance /pulliFull involvement in maintaining the Company’s Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements under the direction of the Director of Finance. /liliPrepare and maintain documented procedures. /liliInteract with and supply information to external auditors. /li /ulp Other /pulliSpecial projects as requested by management. /liliSupply external audit team with information and analysis for annual audits and quarterly reviews as required. /li /ulpEssential Education/Experience/Skills: /ppB.S. in Accounting.
