Overview
Experienced sales professionals responsible (directly or indirectly) for achieving sales targets and promoting products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals, linked to the therapeutic area and territory managed.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for achieving agreed productivity and performance targets within budgets and timescales.
* Develop account business plans and implement activities such as customer events, marketing campaigns, and customer meetings to achieve objectives.
* Maintain deep understanding of the area and priority products: product knowledge, strategy, positioning, key messages, market access and tender strategy, company developments, customers, and competitors.
* Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various and digital communication channels.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and best-in-class customer relationships in accordance with Company procedures.
* Contribute to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships to achieve team and company objectives.
* Provide input into effective use of territorial budget and sales forecasting.
* Follow all adverse events guidelines and Code of Conduct guidelines as promoted by Sandoz. Demonstrate behavior in accordance with Sandoz code of practice.
What you’ll bring to the role
* Essential Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Scientific degree
* Established network to target Customer Group and KOL desirable
* Preferred: experience with hospital sector, biosimilar drugs, and tender system
Compensation
Compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
