We are looking for one receptionist to welcome our guests at Ibis COMO. As the first point of contact for our hotel the receptionist will play a crucial role to impact positively our guest. Responsibilities Check in and check out Allocation rooms coordinating with the housekeeping department. Anticipating guests needs and handle their inquiries Having a complete knowledge of the hotel including room types relative features and facilities rates F&B outlets and promotions etc. During the night shift you are responsible for the activities such as : hotel closing cash collection and anticipating the needs of the next day Qualifications Careful of others and the environment around you : you contribute to making the stay as impeccable as unforgettable by bringing your little personal touch! With a strong team spirit and a keen sense of interpersonal skills you are attentive to the needs of guests.
