Social network you want to login/join with:Business Development Manager (South Italy), SalernoClient: Hanwha Vision EuropeLocation: South Italy (preferably Milan area or nearby)Job Category: OtherEU work permit required: YesJob Reference:217134530518056960033711Job Views:1Posted:02.05.2025Expiry Date:16.06.2025Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Build relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision-makers.Develop strategic sales plans, coordinate with Product Management, and contribute to marketing strategies.Manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program.Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.Engage in end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products.Expand project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report sales progress regularly.Analyze existing customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving targets.Requirements:Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.Ability to understand customer needs, develop solutions, and prepare professional proposals.Market knowledge, including main channels and potential customers in electronic security, IT, and Networking.Experience with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous.Understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems.Business or technical degree is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong relationship-building skills, motivation, and team orientation.Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.Self-motivated with good judgment and communication skills, capable of presenting at high levels.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluent in English and at least one European language.Clean driving license.Location:This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy, involving extensive travel within Italy and possibly outside.
