Product Manager | Snacks (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new products and relaunches
- Ownership and management of product administration related to portfolio business, i.e new launch forms, artworks approvals etc.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of specific product categories
- Track of the assigned products performance and put in place corrective actions when needed
- Conduct with Market Research department required market and consumer insights and product/concept tests
- Collaboration in the development of a growth strategy for the product range
- Constant collaboration with internal R&D;, production, purchasing, communication and local marketing teams
- Visit the assigned markets and attend the most relevant fairs
Your profile:
- University Degree in Economics or Marketing
- Proven experience in the Marketing sector, preferably in Product Management or Project Management in FMCG companies
- Previous experience of working across departments and countries (in a matrix organization) will be considered as a plus
- Open, proactive, enthusiastic, vibrant person, used to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in German and English, Italian is considered a plus
