EU Sales Strategy Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EU Sales Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our EU sales strategy and bringing it to life.
You will work closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team to identify new business opportunities, implement business development initiatives, and expand sales channels.
* Growth: Identify new business opportunities for product sales and implement business development initiatives to expand sales channels.
* Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market.
* Retail Network: Maintain strong relationships with major solar/renewable energy distributors.
* Sales Events: Responsible for Italy offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums.
* Market Share: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and complete sales targets.
Your profile should include:
* Min 3+ years relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry.
* Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers are desired.
* Bachelor or master's degree.
* Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver.
* Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity and able to think in other people's shoes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as a working language, additional European language fluency will be a plus.
