PpThe DSE Control Business Development Manager role requires an ambitious and energetic individual with control system knowledge in the vehicle and off‑highway industries to expand our customers and market share. /p pYou will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to key accounts across an international territory. /p pThe goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales growth and forging strong relationships with clients. /p h3Key Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction by conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs. /li liArrange sales calls with prospective clients and demonstrate the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and their control system needs. /li liReview and create sales contracts, framework agreements, ensuring adherence to law‑established rules and guidelines. /li liCreate reports and update our CRM system, provide trustworthy feedback and after‑sales support, and build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers. /li liWork with and develop our area sales managers into valuable salespeople who confidently promote and sell DSE Control. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Knowledge /h3 ul liERP (SAP or Epicor experience, or similar) within a manufacturing and distribution environment. /li liSolution selling of technical control system products (PLC’s or displays). /li /ul h3Skills Attributes /h3 ul liCommunication and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to build rapport. /li liTime management and planning skills. /li liWell‑developed business skills. /li liOutstanding negotiation skills. /li liExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role. /li liExperience in a technical‑based customer support. /li liProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). /li liProficiency in English. /li liProven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. /li liProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. /li liIdeally an understanding and in‑depth use of Salesforce. /li /ul h3Useful Experience/Skills and Knowledge /h3 ul liSecond language skills. /li liProject management. /li liAbility to review contracts, NDAs and supply agreements. /li liExperience in writing requirement specifications and new product development. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications /h3 ul liMarket knowledge in relevant field. /li liEuropean Driving Licence. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pNot Applicable /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job function /h3 pBusiness Development /p h3Industries /h3 pAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing, Electric Power Generation, and Electric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
