Non aspetti, scorra verso il basso e invii la sua candidatura il prima possibile per non perdere l'possibilità.WORKING AREA: Lombardy and Piemonte, residence in the metropolitan area of Milan; We are seeking innovative, energetic people to help shape the future of generational wellness in rare diseases.RESPONSIBILITIESIncrease awareness of rare diseases to support earlier diagnosis and timely referral to specialist treatment centers; Identify the educational needs of referring physicians in order to optimize disease awareness; Drive patient identification, diagnosis, and referral by executing territory strategies and account-specific plans in collaboration with the Regional Account Manager; Build andmaintain strong relationships with key specialties, including hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and internal medicine physicians, within the assigned territory; Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams at a national level to segment and prioritize referral centers, ensuring patient access to available treatments; Consistently achieve agreed KPIs and call activity targets in an efficient and effective manner; Utilize the CRMsystem to accurately document account profiles, pre- and post-call activities, and territory planning; Representthe company and its products positively while promoting awareness of rare diseases; Conduct all activities in compliance with the highest ethical standards and in accordance with local laws, regulations, and country codes of practice.REQUIRED SKILLSScientific Degree (Law 219/06); Experience as pharmaceutical representative specialist-at least 3-5 year; Solid scientific background; Strong motivation to succeed; Experience in team-working; Positive attitude and strong closing skills; Flexibility; Experiencein rare disease is considered a plus; Excellentknowledge of English language; Excellentuse of Excel; Excellentcollaboration.OFFERType of contract:Collective Labour Agreement: Chemical and Pharmaceutical IndustryContract Type: Fixed Term-12 monthsSalary Range or Gross Annual Salary: from 40.000€ RAL to 50.000€ RALThe salary range is defined based on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria.Career progression and compensation review are based on transparent, objective criteria.We are committed to fair and equal pay practices, in line with applicable pay transparency regulations (EUDirective 2023/970).IQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.
