Are you experienced in Charter Sales and looking for a busy and varied role that allows you to utilise your range of sales and broking skills within a close-knit team? If so, apply now as we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Group Charter team in our Milan office on a full time basis. You will be responsible for delivering revenue and profitability in accordance with your agreed targets and maintaining high earning accounts.
To be effective in this role you will need to demonstrate proven proactive sales ability, passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, smart procurement techniques, creative presentation of offers, insightful closing techniques and robust administration with the flight planning arrangements.
Processing incoming enquires for charter services, liaising with operators, quoting, planning and overseeing the final booking and the relevant documentation that accompanies this, offering excellent customer service throughout
Maintaining and growing our existing client base via cold calling, networking, referrals etc.
Ensuring all new enquiries are entered correctly into CRM and updated on a regular basis
Researching relevant industry data to create new sales leads
Managing and maintaining high service levels on demanding accounts
A very customer focused individual with good people skills and the ability to form relationships with key individuals
Excellent time management skills ensuring rigorous contract/project deadlines are met
A willingness to do what it takes to earn new business, including cold calling
Strong verbal and written communication both in Italian and English
