PEnterprise Account Manager – Italy /ppAbout the Company /ppA rapidly growing OT cybersecurity innovator, backed by top-tier investors, is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to expand its presence in Italy. The company specializes in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and utilities sectors facing increasingly complex cyber threats. /ppWith cutting-edge technology built for the realities of operational environments, this client is defining the future of industrial cybersecurity. The Enterprise Account Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling customer adoption across Italy’s most strategic enterprise and public sector accounts. /ppRole Overview /ppThe Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers across Italy. This individual will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to close—while serving as a strategic advisor on OT cybersecurity risks and solutions. /ppThe ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, has a strong background in cybersecurity or industrial technologies, and brings a proven track record of enterprise sales success in complex, consultative environments. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDrive new logo acquisition and account growth across strategic Italian enterprise and industrial sectors /liliDevelop deep relationships with CISOs, IT/OT security leaders, plant managers, and operational executives /liliQualify opportunities, craft tailored value propositions, and manage the sales cycle through to close /liliCollaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver value-driven solutions /liliMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking via CRM systems /liliRepresent the company at local industry events, trade shows, and cybersecurity forums /liliStay informed on relevant threat landscapes, regulatory drivers (e.g., NIS2), and OT cybersecurity trends /liliSupport ongoing customer success and renewals by ensuring strong handoffs and maintaining executive alignment /li /ulpQualifications /pulliProven enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for cybersecurity, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure domains /liliFluent in Italian and English (written and verbal) /liliDemonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical requirements /liliStrong knowledge of the Italian industrial and public sector market, with existing relationships a plus /liliExperience selling to critical infrastructure clients (energy, utilities, transportation, manufacturing) is highly desirable /liliSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity /liliWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally across EMEA /li /ul
