👀 Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the communication and digital sectors, with a strong ability to develop new business opportunities and build solid, long-lasting relationships. We are looking for an autonomous, ambitious, results-driven leader who can devise, pitch, and close deals with brands, companies, and strategic partners both in Italy and abroad. ✍️ What You’ll Do

· Develop and manage a client portfolio focused on sectors aligned with our projects and vision

· Lead sales negotiations independently, from the first call to deal closure

· Collaborate closely with the creative and strategic teams to build tailor-made offers consistent with the agency’s identity

· Identify new market opportunities and activate alternative sales channels

· Monitor goals, margins, and results using reporting tools


💼 What We Are Looking For

· 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in creative, digital, or agency environments

· Extensive commercial knowledge with an active professional network

· Fluent in Italian and English (C1+)

· Ability to read the market and apply consultative sales techniques

· Knowledge and understanding of UK and US market needs

· Skilled in preparing commercial proposals

· Proactive, with excellent relational and negotiation skills, results-oriented

· Desire to be part of a growing international team

· Availability to work under a freelance (P.IVA) contract
