About the Role We are seeking an Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales, specifically for the Italy region. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets (booking and billing). Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team. Work regionally or globally with teams to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Education Background / Major : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience (Must) : Minimum 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge (Ideal) : Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products. Abilities / Qualities : Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners. Ability to identify new business opportunities. Willingness to travel within Europe for customer visits.
