**E-commerce Operation & Web Content Intern**:
JOB MISSION
Support E-commerce Manager across site maintenance, operations, customer care and E-CRM actions to ensure growth and meet key business objectives; improve customer shopping experience and brand love through the release of optimized web contents.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Davines Italian Team, will be responsible for helping the E-commerce Manager in managing commerce Operation & Web Content. The role will work across all website areas of the E-commerce business with a focus on site maintenance, merchandising, digital ad execution, etc.
Site Support & Operations
Support E-commerce Manager in overall management and maintainance of the E- store
Assist in new product launches e and bundle creation, monitoring stock
Quality Assurance website
Manage site refresh process and support the execution of weekly/monthly provided assets
Online merchandising optimization
Support in operations and order issues.
Web Contents
**Develop and optimize web contents**: landing pages, newsletter, digital ads etc.
Rigorously test ad copy, landing pages, visual assets and other variables to improve performance and key KPIs
Develop and optimize web local contents
SEO optimization
Write ad copy and curate visual assets for web contents.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Student, no previous work experience needed
Knowledge of the digital marketing environment is a plus
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Creative, strong digital attitude and open minded
