Sales Manager - Forklift
Location: Italy (Nationwide)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring strong market coverage across Italy.
* Create, manage, and update customer data in the CRM/database system.
* Develop public relations and maintain reliable long-term relationships with key customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and follow up on inquiries and orders.
* Collect project information to support sales activities and analyze competitor data to adjust strategies.
* Participate in the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve sales targets.
* Lead or support commercial negotiations for key crane projects to secure regional business objectives.
* Support financing processes and follow up on payment collection when required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
* 3+ years of experience in sales of forklifts.
* Strong technical knowledge of forklifts and material handling applications.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Willingness to travel across Italy for customer visits.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
