The Role: Sales Executive
* Sales:
* Define effective sales strategies for Strada’s diverse product and service portfolio, including SAP and global payroll services, within a designated territory.
* Successfully win profitable projects and meet targets.
* Develop and execute sales models and coverage strategies across multiple channels and routes to market.
* Generate opportunities and secure large, multi-year new business deals.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting of opportunities and revenues.
* Understand sales pricing and proposal models thoroughly.
* Collaborate within the Strada Global ecosystem to drive strategy and ensure alignment with go-to-market plans.
* Foster a trustful, respectful environment within the team and management.
Customer Management:
* Identify, develop, and articulate compelling value propositions to prospective and current clients.
* Engage in business conversations with potential clients and decision-makers.
* Build and maintain a high-quality client relationship network, including top management contacts.
