Research our customers, market and tech trendsWork on digital and physical design solutions (Car concepts, features, new interactions and HMI Systems) that innovate and inspire other design teams and engineering teamsCo-create cross-functionally with internal design teams to create holistic automotive experiencesDesign and prototype rapidly in a multi-disciplinary team
As a Senior Automotive UX/UI Designer you will:
Work closely with the team manager and the wider European design team to create captivating and unique experiences for our range of new brands and mobilityPresent design solutions in interesting and immersive visual ways to engage and influence stakeholdersCollaborate with and mentor a growing dynamic team
Who are we looking for:
5+ years of direct experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record applying user-driven or design thinking methodologies to real-world projects.Passionate about a variety of topics, including technology, new interactions, automotive and industrial design, architecture, the arts, and more.An effective and persuasive communicator in English, with strong skills in writing, editing, and visual presentation. (Knowledge of Chinese or Italian is a plus.)Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic, fast-moving organization.A proactive self-starter with strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.Open-minded and respectful of diverse cultures and backgrounds.Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
