Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol libSales Strategy Execution: /b ul liDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. /li liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. /li liAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. /li liCollaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. /li /ul /li libCustomer Partner Management: /b ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. /li liConduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. /li liResolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. /li /ul /li libReporting Forecasting: /b ul liProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. /li liTrack and report on regional performance metrics. /li liUtilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. /li /ul /li libCollaboration Cross-Functional Alignment: /b ul liWork closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local teams to align sales efforts. /li liProvide feedback to influence product development and service improvements. /li liLead, mentor, and motivate sales team members, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance. /li liFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success. /li /ul /li /ol h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ol liBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. /li liStrong decision-making skills, able to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively. /li liSome work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. /li liProficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus. /li liAbility to work with clear objectives, promote team collaboration, accept overseas travel, and preferred overseas work experience. /li /ol #J-18808-Ljbffr
