Technical Sales Engineer - Customer Service (Ref.TN/TSECS-23) We are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Melt Shops Customer Service Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment. You will work in an international Company characterized by high technology complexity. In this role you will ensure the correct management of after sales activities taking care of the customer’s needs and providing him with valuable solutions in terms of spare parts, technical assistances and modernizations with the aim to improve plant conditions and performances. You will carry out the following activities: - Maintain contacts with Clients by means of periodical visits to their plant, with the aim to foster Customer intimacy and establish a trustee and long-lasting relationship; - Address customers requests and needs proposing technologies and solutions that improve plant conditions and operation; - Lead sales activities carrying out technical offer preparation up to the sales order; - Support R&D and TECHNICAL departments retrieving back customers’ feedbacks and ideas for Products improvement Required profile: - High School Diploma or Degree in Engineering - Steel Industry Knowledge and experiences; - Customer-oriented approach and Commercial soundness - Knowledge of English language; - Willingness to travel; Workplace: Castellanza (VA)
