We partner with our customers to manage all retail POS categories, as well as innovative and sustainable packaging solutions and supply chain management globally, serving as their single outsourced partner.

We operate in 97 markets worldwide and employ just over 300 people across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and NA regions.

About The Role

To support the growth of a key account across 21 markets, we are expanding our client services team in Europe. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. This is a permanent position that can be based remotely, with infrequent travel.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the 2D, Flat pack, and Pre-filled Display contract for our client. This includes managing and delivering all display requirements, additional service lines, quality control, and related tasks. Your responsibilities will include service delivery, managing a client services team, maintaining client and supplier relationships through regular production meetings, ensuring contractual KPIs are met, and overseeing supplier performance and financial performance in line with contractual agreements.

The Account Manager will handle daily interactions with the team and client regionally, maintaining and nurturing client relationships daily. You will coordinate with TMS’s global support functions to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet client expectations. Additionally, you will provide technical support and expertise to clients and colleagues.

You will manage the operational financial performance of your designated client contract segment and aim to achieve all financial targets as per the contractual agreement. You will work with the management team to develop and execute weekly production management plans and assist the Regional Account Director in developing operational and commercial strategies. Your role includes supporting customer audits, benchmarking exercises, analyzing monthly customer and internal MI for compliance and development opportunities, and ensuring contract compliance, best practices, and service execution. You will also ensure systems data is accurate and up-to-date, supporting the compilation and correction of errors in internal and external MI to ensure ongoing compliance and development.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential or helpful skills include:

* Fluent English language skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS), POP, POSM, or trade marketing from managed services, manufacturing, or procurement backgrounds
* Experience in procurement/purchasing, distribution/shipping, retail sectors
* Strong commercial acumen and proven service delivery skills, with excellent customer relationship management
