If so, we invite you to join us as a dynamic Account Manager located in Milano, Italia, where you will play a key role in shaping lighting concepts for commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail projects. This is your opportunity to work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to promote lighting solutions.
* Identify and secure new project opportunities across diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and public sectors.
* Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand specifications are retained and converted into orders.
* Deliver impactful technical presentations, CPDs, and product demonstrations to design teams and key stakeholders.
* Provide expert technical guidance on lighting standards, LED performance, and control systems (DALI, CASAMBI, KNX).
* Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project packages and support value engineering scenarios.
* Track project pipelines, maintain accurate CRM data, and prepare reports, forecasts, and market insights.
* Represent the brand at industry events and networking sessions, enhancing visibility and influencing decision-makers.
Skills & Experience:
* You have experience in architectural lighting, specification sales, or lighting design.
* Proven knowledge about lighting principles: photometry, optics, LED technology, and control systems.
* You will be able to read architectural drawings and technical specifications, building trust with architects and engineers.
* You are a strong communicator and presenter, with consultative selling skills.
* You are proficient in CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.), Microsoft Office, and digital presentation tools.
* You should be creative and organized, with project management and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English.
* Ideally, you should be educated in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
* You must have a valid driving license and a willingness to travel within the region.
