We are currently seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage 150-200 accounts in the mid-market segment within the networking industry. This role is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and providing tailored solutions to partners.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of mid-sized partner accounts, primarily in IT and AV sectors.
* Identify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and build strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
* Collaborate with the team to develop network and AV product solutions for clients.
* Execute sales actions, mostly via phone, while also meeting clients in person to strengthen relationships.
* Work alongside the current ProAv (Salvio), who will manage strategic partners, while this role focuses on other partner accounts.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets by developing existing accounts and pursuing new prospects.
* Support the expansion of the partner portfolio to achieve growth and profitability goals.
Desired Profile:
* 2-3 years of experience in a KAM or ISR role, with expertise in selling directly to partners.
* Experience selling IT and networking products (ideally from manufacturers like HP, TP-Link, Rukus, Kambian) is highly preferred.
* Proven experience managing partner accounts, with strong ability to work independently.
* Skilled at building long-term relationships with partners and handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Dynamic, motivated, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of IT and AV products, but no software experience required.
* Fluency in Italian is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
