We’re looking for a Dry Product Marketing Manager to lead our European business including Marine, Nuclear, and Industry segments within the Transformer business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, drive growth, and be part of the management team in two DRY type transformer factories – Switzerland and Germany. However, your role is to drive the growth in Europe for the complete DRY transformer portfolio which also include a 3rd factory in Spain. You will be running a team of people being located within the three factories and also with a dotted line to people who are in different countries under the local Market Manager organization with focus to grow the DRY transformer business in these countries.
You’ll report to the EUC HUB Dry, DTR and Traction Product Marketing Manager and collaborate globally with the Product Group and Industrial leadership.

How you’ll make an impact
1. Define and implement growth strategies across Europe in collaboration with local sales teams and global product groups.
2. Drive go-to-market plans, value propositions, and product positioning tailored to Marine, Nuclear, and Industry segments.
3. Achieve annual order targets, develop business plans, and coordinate market analysis to inform forecasts and actions.
4. Lead negotiations and position our dry transformer portfolio with key customers in Europe and for your segments.
5. Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
6. Ensure sales teams are equipped with strong technical and commercial product knowledge.
Your background
7. Engineering degree (MBA preferred)
8. At least 8 - 10 years in B2B marketing & sales, ideally within the energy sector
9. Proven leadership experience
10. Strong product marketing expertise and understanding of customer needs
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
12. International experience and intercultural sensitivity
13. Fluent in English
14. Structured, analytical thinker with a proactive mindset
