Description
In this role, you will be a key partner for our eCommerce, Mobile App and IoT teams, guiding them through their digital evolution. You will help translate business needs into clear IT requirements and support the identification of the most suitable solutions — ensuring timelines, quality and investments remain aligned with our digital roadmap.
What you will do
* Gather, consolidate and structure IT demand across business functions, helping teams clearly articulate needs, challenges and opportunities.
* Translate business requirements into well‑defined IT specifications, enabling smooth collaboration between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Support the evaluation of solution alternatives by assessing impacts, benefits and feasibility, helping leadership make informed decisions.
* Monitor timelines, quality, costs and project progress, proactively identifying risks or deviations and providing clear, regular updates for all stakeholders.
What you bring
* 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within tech, IT or related domains.
* Deep technical knowledge of digital systems (with a focus on eCommerce, Mobile app, IoT and AI).
* Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into IT initiatives aligned with the digital strategy.
* Excellent communication and mediation skills to bridge diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive, improvement‑driven mindset with strong attention to user experience and innovation.
You work autonomously, manage priorities effectively and maintain a precise, structured approach. You are results‑driven and data‑oriented, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. You foster positive interactions, build trust easily and adapt with resilience. International exposure is a plus and will further enrich your contribution.
