Armani Catering B59 is looking for a Chef de Partie who can satisfy customers by following the directions and recipes of the Executive Chef.
Your work will be a key factor in maintaining our high level of cuisine.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef to prepare dishes and manage banquets and events, with the aim of ensuring the highest quality.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure food preparation, quality and presentation are met at all times under the guidance of the Chef
2. Maintain a high standard of specified work in accordance with the Executive Chef
3. Prepare menus in collaboration with the kitchen staff
4. Prepare food for events and banquet
5. Manage the service during events
6. Work as part of a team in a constructive manner
7. Clean work areas in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
8. At least 3-years of experience in similar roles
9. Organizational skills
10. Teamwork orientation
Nice to have skills:
11. Previous experience in catering services
