Senior Culinary Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of a high-end food service establishment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve excellent results.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with chefs to plan menus, estimate ingredient quantities, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular kitchen inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Analyze operational data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior culinary management position in a high-end hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, develop and implement strategic plans, and drive business growth.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
