Experteer OverviewAs a Business Development Manager at ARAG, you will drive growth in international markets, with a focus on Europe.

You will map opportunities, engage directly with OEMs and distribution networks, and travel to key regions to understand market dynamics.

You will align commercial strategies with internal teams to offer tailored solutions and accelerate revenue growth.

This role enables you to shape ARAG’s global presence in precision farming and contribute to sustainable agriculture.Retribuzione / BenefitsDevelop and expand ARAG's presence in assigned international markets, focusing on high‑priority regions in EuropeIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market mapping and scoutingBuild and manage strong relationships directly with OEM customers and distribution networksConduct regular market visits (35-40% travel) to engage stakeholders and understand market dynamicsDrive business development initiatives to increase market penetration and accelerate revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies and offer tailored solutionsMonitor competitive landscape, customer behaviours, and industry trends to identify opportunitiesPrepare forecasts, market reports, and development plans to support business decisionsRepresent ARAG at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetingsResponsabilità2-4years of experience in international business development or similar roles focused on opening new marketsProven ability to manage direct market xjrgpwk development—not through agents, but via direct customer engagementExperience in technical B2B environments; preferred industries: fluid management, oleodynamics, hydraulic componentsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Languages, or related fieldsFluent in English; German is a strong plusStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsAvailability to travel internationally (35-40%)Strong commercial mindset with structured, analytical approach to market development
