Responsibilities
* Develop and update planograms using dedicated software.
* Collaborate with the VM team to implement visual solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
* Monitor the implementation of planograms in stores, providing training and feedback to network colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand agreements in display spaces.
* Identify and propose opportunities for improving space management.
* Analyze sales data and performance metrics.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Economics, Retail Management or related fields.
* Experience in similar roles within the GDO sector, beauty industry, or other retailers.
* Knowledge of planogramming/space‑planning software.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic sense.
* Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Good English language skills.
* Teamwork orientation and idea sharing.
* Excellent time management.
* Flexibility, motivation, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
