Job Title : Enterprise Informatics Modality Sales Specialist

Job Description :

Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product / solutions demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services.

Your role :

* Promoting Enterprise Informatics solutions, systems, and services in customer visits, seminars, and trade shows.
* Supporting the Sales function by providing knowledge on products / solutions to drive overall business results.
* Ensuring deal support by offering clinical and technical expertise across the portfolio (products, solutions, services) within accounts.
* Participating in defining and implementing business policies, pricing strategies, and product / modality sales according to guidelines.
* Collaborating with Account Managers to inform and recommend technological innovations and configurations, including upgrades, to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
* Assisting Account Managers with customer presentations focused on clinical and technical value propositions, understanding competitive positioning, and supporting tender strategies and quotations.
* Supporting the tender process with relevant documentation.
* Deploying programs (including Installed Base programs) to districts to drive business growth.
* Working as part of an account team to achieve results aligned with marketing and account plans.
* Participating in district sales planning and managing sales funnel quality.
* Providing market trend insights, competitor sales practices, and potential project information to the Business Manager.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests, facilitating easy business interactions.
* Supporting new product launches.
* Maintaining accurate and updated win / loss data in CRM systems.
* Updating stakeholders (e.g., District Managers, Account Managers) on product and market developments.
* Reporting customer feedback according to quality standards and completing relevant training timely.

You're the right fit if :

* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
* You possess deep knowledge of health informatics and the market landscape, preferably with PACS-RIS experience. At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare Informatics is preferred.
* You have experience in marketing planning, value proposition development, campaign management, and performance marketing.
* You demonstrate proven communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues and customers.
* You are fluent in English (verbal and written) and the local language (Italian).
* You have a strong team-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, and workload management capabilities.
* You are willing to travel.
