Your role:
As a Technical Promoter Low Voltage, you will be part of the Electrical Promotion Team, contributing to Promotion and Prescription of EP Products in South-Central Italy (Bari, Brindisi, Lecce) within the Smart Infrastructure Business Unit of Electrical Products (EP). Your day-to-day activities will include Promotion EP products and close collaboration with Engineering network and partners to support Area sales activities.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving the promotion of EP solutions to enhance energy efficiency, identifying and developing the most effective go-to-market channels across Infrastructure and Industrial segments (Engineering Firms, Distributors, Panel Builders, OEMs and Installers), with a focus on expanding the full Low Voltage portfolio penetration.
- Developing and expanding Engineering networks and strategic partnerships, strengthening technical engagement across the ecosystem.
- Providing advanced technical support to Panel Builders and Distributors, ensuring optimal application of Low Voltage solutions and alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Business Development, contributing to pipeline generation by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of current offerings and market opportunities.
- Designing and implementing data-driven tools, reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance versus budget, enabling informed decision-making and accurate forecasting by management.
- Engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customer decision-makers, positioning EP solutions as preferred technical choices in complex projects.
- Integrating the customer perspective into innovation processes, delivering actionable insights to support the development of competitive and value-driven solutions.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitors’ portfolios, continuously benchmarking and identifying differentiation opportunities.
What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
- Experience in prescription and technical support of Low Voltage Components within Infrastructure and Residential market
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent or Technical High School Diploma
- General knowledge of LV and MV panels and electrical distribution
- Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
Preferred Requirements
- Passion and readiness to manage issues related to technological innovation including IoT and Industrial Clouds
- Excellent communication and relational skills, enthusiasm and passion

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €45.000–€60.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
