Specifically, they will handle requests from customers received by phone or e-mail, in addition to supporting the external sales representative. /li liActively collaborating in achieving sales targets and managing Customer Satisfaction activities. /li liManaging orders, preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and drafting contracts. /li liCarry out upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize business opportunities. /li liIdentify new growth opportunities and build long-lasting customer relationships. /li liProviding telephone assistance regarding issues reported by customers, carrying out analysis activities to solve problems. /li liDemonstrate strong proactivity in sales, maintaining regular contact with customers through calls, follow-ups, and targeted commercial actions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liThe ideal candidate has a technical background and has gained at least 3 / 5 years of experience in technical sales. Knowledge of the electromedical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors will be considered a plus. /li liFluency in English is required; the knowledge of another language (French or German) will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pPermanent contract (CCNL Commercio), with an indicative gross salary range between 35.000 and € 45.000, bonus and meals vouchers.
