Tasks

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base, ensure its strong presence and company profitability.

· Report to Sales Director status and forecast of: opportunities, contract award and ongoing proposals.

· Identify market evolutions while being fully aware of new products/service and competition status.

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

Qualification

· BS/MS degree mechanical or electric/electronic engineering (or a related field);

· Strong technical background with proven records of successful experiences (at least 3 years) and projects in automotive industries;

· Strong business sense and industry expertise;

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in international environments;

· Ability to quickly react to customer requests and to work under pressure;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language required, German is a plus);

· Sales experience and or MBA is a plus.
