You will take ownership of the company's presence in the Emilia-Romagna region, focusing on growing Fruit and Vine markets. Working closely with key growers, cooperatives, and influencers, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and market influencers.
Generate demand and support product adoption through on-field demonstrations, grower talks, and engagement activities.
Lead sales operations and coordinate customer service, logistics, and collection processes.
Develop new business cases to support launches and market development.
Contribute to regional marketing plans and strategic initiatives.
