We design and deliver high-quality residential and homestay language experiences for students aged 11–17 across the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, and Italy. Our business model is exclusively B2B: we work only through education agents, never with individual students. This focuses us on building strong, long‑term partnerships and giving agents the support and confidence to grow recruitment in their markets. /ph3Position Overview /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee MLA’s growth in mainland Europe. This role is central to expanding MLA’s agent network and strengthening relationships in one of the most important source markets for international education. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in agent‑focused sales, a strong network in the sector, and the cultural knowledge needed to navigate diverse markets within the region. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on agent recruitment, retention, and growth. /liliBuild, strengthen, and manage MLA’s network of trusted education agents across Europe. /liliProvide agents with transparent programme details, pricing, and marketing resources to support enrolments. /liliDeliver training and ongoing support to agents, ensuring they are confident in representing MLA. /liliRepresent MLA at international education workshops, trade fairs, and agent‑focused events across the region. /liliServe as the first point of contact for regional agents, ensuring high levels of service, responsiveness, and problem‑solving. /liliAnalyze agent performance, market trends, and regional feedback to guide MLA’s strategy and product development. /liliProduce regular reports, sales forecasts, and market updates for senior management. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in the education travel, ELT, or study abroad sector. /liliProven success in growing agent networks and delivering sales results through strong relationship management. /liliEstablished network of education agents in the Europe region. /liliStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. /liliFluency in English and any other European language; Spanish is a strong advantage. /liliSelf‑motivated, independent, and able to collaborate effectively with MLA’s global team. /liliWillingness to travel extensively within the region to visit agents and attend industry events. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliCompetitive salary with performance‑based incentives. /liliThe opportunity to represent a well‑established and trusted global junior programmes brand. /liliProfessional growth and career development within a rapidly expanding international company. /liliA supportive, multicultural, and collaborative work environment. /li /ulh3Compensation Package /h3pWe offer a competitive base salary in line with regional standards, along with a performance‑driven commission structure directly linked to student enrolments.
