Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager/Administrator/Marketing Manager at our Milan location. The role involves managing the company's social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content, analyzing social media performance metrics, and implementing social media and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all online and offline channels. xdwybme The role also requires identifying trends, maintaining community engagement, and staying updated on digital marketing innovations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media management, including platform growth and engagement strategies
- Content creation, writing, and copy editing skills for digital and social platforms
- Experience in analytics and reporting, utilizing tools to measure campaign performance
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand development, and campaign execution
- Proficiency in design tools or basic graphic creation for social media (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative mindset
- Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Italian is highly desirable
