PNow is an exciting time to join our client as they build the future of OT and IoT Cybersecurity. With hundreds of customers across more than 30 countries, they are expanding rapidly. Their Sales department is hiring an bISAM (Inside Sales Account Manager) /b. Whether clients need quick product enhancements, onsite engineering support, or rapid deployment, our client delivers. They enable digital transformation through network visibility, threat detection, and operational insights for OT and IoT environments. /ppAs the ISAM, you will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers, promoting the company's value proposition to various stakeholders. Your goal will be to generate high growth and repeatable business within your territory. /ppbMust be proficient in English and German /b /ppThis role is ideal for an emerging sales professional with a track record of managing their territory and responsibilities effectively. You will leverage partners for growth and collaborate with teams such as Systems Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Professional Services, Support, and Finance to close deals. /ppWe seek someone with proven experience in Cybersecurity Sales, high energy, and the ability to handle multiple customer, client, and prospect cycles. The candidate should aim to generate a high volume of transactions monthly and quarterly while building relationships with key Nordic customers. /ppbResponsibilities include: /b /pulliFocusing on new business development and lead qualification across various verticals in your territory. /liliAchieving quota targets. /liliBuilding a robust pipeline of opportunities. /liliProviding accurate forecasts and business plans. /liliDeveloping stakeholder relationships, evangelizing the value proposition, and securing renewals. /liliProviding a premium customer experience as a trusted advisor and developing expertise in the company’s solutions. /liliCoordinating all customer activities involving internal teams. /liliUsing CRM tools like Salesforce to share customer information. /liliCollaborating with Marketing on events. /liliSecuring key reference accounts in relevant verticals. /liliRepresenting the company's values and mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust. /li /ulpbRequirements for success: /b /pulliA proactive, hunter mindset with prospecting skills. /liliA history of consistent, quarterly over-achievement. /liliExperience selling Network, Security, and/or SaaS solutions with ACV targets. /liliDirect sales experience, preferably with industrial automation, controls, or security clients. /liliKnowledge of security principles and networking technologies is a plus. /liliBackground in OT/IoT, especially in Oil Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc., is advantageous but not mandatory. /liliAbility to navigate customer decision processes. /liliExperience building channel partner relationships. /liliHigh integrity and a consultative approach to customer trust. /liliStrong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills. /liliProficiency in English and either Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish. /li /ulpbBenefits include: /b /pulliHealth Wellness support /liliWork-Life Balance programs /liliFlexible Time-Off /li /ulpbAdditional info: /b /ppSuccessful candidates will undergo background checks. /ppbAbout the company: /b /ppOur client leads in OT and IoT Cybersecurity, safeguarding critical infrastructure and government entities from cyber threats.
