The role is based in Milan and will report to the E-commerce Manager. As part of a growing team, you will gain comprehensive insight into the e-commerce and logistics operations of a fashion brand. With passion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to daily operations and ongoing projects.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Shipments
* Prepare garments for shipment with great care and attention to detail.
* Pack orders and ensure accuracy of shipping labels and documentation.
* Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve potential issues or delays.
* Manage daily shipments and handover to couriers.
Returns
* Receive returns from customers.
* Prepare returned items to be checked, processed, and restocked.
Warehouse Operations
* Support product picking related to orders and restocking activities related to returns.
* Manage stock intake for incoming products.

* Maintain organization and order within the e-commerce warehouse
Shooting & Events
* Support the team during product shoots and assist with the organization of events when required.
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset
* Interest in the fashion industry (previous experience or knowledge is a plus)
* Fluency in English and Italian
